I ponder why the Boyfriend will sometimes crinkle his nose when I ask if he wants tofu for dinner.

I have only good things to say about tofu in its natural form–no fake meat please.

And I grew up eating it.  The Korean way: In soups, fried in sesame oil, in dumplings.

But here’s this red curry version that I really like, adapted from Melissa Clark’s NY Times recipe.  The Boyfriend said he liked it.  He liked it.
